Self Deception

If you look at yourself as an object, that's what you'll see. If you look at yourself as the ultimate subject, that's *how* you'll see.

As an object, you have many attributes - some you wish to keep, others to discard - but as the U.S. (ultimate subject) "you" have nothing, not even an opinion. To the mind, this emptiness may sound scary, or at times, appealing... but that's the mind turning nothing (pure observation) into something.

You are the universe masquerading as a person

What observes that which says "I am the witness."? And what sees that? And what sees that? I believe if there is courage and tenacity to keep stepping back, then no-thing is revealed as everything and everything is revealed as no-thing. The All has no parts. The mind goes on strike and "you" become the paradox... and finally Rest In Peace.
